State Ice Ballet on St. Petersburg Presents "Swan Lake" - Sofia, December 9

One of the most popular classical works of all time "Swan Lake" is again in Bulgaria in its most attractive form - with choreography on ice, performing the familiar and beloved of the fans of the classical art world famous Russian formation.

With Tchaikovsky's original music, the spectacle will transform the scene into an icy lake, which will once again immerse Bulgarian spectators in the fairy-tale world of graceful swans performed by Russian Olympic ice skating champions.

Such is the fate of the "Nutcracker", "Romeo and Juliet" and "Sleeping Beauty" presented in our country so far.

"Swan Lake" does not need to be performed - after its premiere in 1877 in Moscow's "Bolshoi Theater", the production has performed in the most prestigious theaters around the globe, in a number of interpretations, for children and adults.

The fact that the amazing figure skaters from the ballet "St. Petersburg" will play it gives us an answer why we should expect an even brighter and memorable reading. Sophisticated acrobatic figures, gorgeous scenography and authentic costumes - will stop the breath of amazement spectators.

Among the virtuous ice ballet dancers are the European and Olympic champions Lyudmila Belosova and Oleg Protopopov along with 20 more of Russia's most popular athletes. They are also known as the "Russian Masters of Sport" because of their numerous victories in the most prestigious world competitions.
