The Opera Diva Angela Gheorghiu on Bulgarian Stage

The opera diva Angela Georgiu will sing for the first time in Bulgaria. Born in Romania, graduated from the Conservatory in Bucharest. She left the country in 1990. She gained worldwide popularity with the role of Violetta from Traviata in 1994, and since then she is one of the greatest stars of the opera. The soprano sings in Metropolitan and Covent Garden, La Scala, the Vienna State Opera.

She gives recitals around the world, and her calendar is filled for years to come. The album with the tenor Roberto Alanya, then her husband, retained 42 weeks at the top of the British charts. She regularly falls into the charts for the most beautiful women on the planet. Entered in the Hall of Fame of the prestigious music edition "Gramophone".
