The awards for luxury construction of tourist complexes were presented

Sofia. The ninth edition of the LUXURY Property AWARDS 2019 Annual Awards honors high-end construction, which has proven to be at European and world level, the jury of the competition has said.

The award ceremony was held at the Marinela Hotel, the organizers of VIP Communication said.

The event turned into a true derby between Sofia and Plovdiv, as Burgas and the seaside resorts also joined the race for the golden roses. The capital has proved to be a pioneer in innovation with the first Smart high-tech and one-style neighborhood not only in Bulgaria but also in the Balkans. The prize-winners from Plovdiv have once again shown that they are the leaders in spatial design, and the world-renowned architect Rado Todorov and his team from RT Consult received great credit for their prizes.

Partners of the Construction Oscars are the Italian Chamber of Commerce, the Chamber of Architects in Bulgaria, the Bulgarian Entrepreneurial Chamber, the National Building Federation and the International Academy of Architecture. A special guest of the ceremony was Amedeo Skiatarella - President of the International Academy of Architecture.

The event was hosted by the journalist and PR Patricia Kirilova and the legendary host of "Gospodari na Efira" Vasko Mavrikov. The winners received unique 24 carat gold roses, handmade by the event's partners - The Magic of the Bulgarian Rose.
